When trying to secure buildings on the third day it requires 3 GSL's with shotguns and even then you will still suffer casualties, the only building that I never get casualties on is the mansion and the worst building is the church because I usually will have to send 3 waves of GSL shotgunners to secure it. Also another problem I found was that immediately following the previous secure attempt the zombie population rose from 2 zombies in the church to a mob of 10 which killed my secure party. As I am still going for a perfect game (All buildings secured, no casualties along with having a raid every hour and always leaving groups outside) I would appreciate it if this aspect of securing was changed so that I may send more people to secure the building but still only allow the same amount of people to stay inside.

Trying to recapture buildings in the mid-late to late game is always very risky, and I'd like to keep that element intact.
That said, I do think the number of zombies you encounter in buildings could be reduced - it should not be impossible for a group of GSLs with shotguns to retake a building. Alternatively, I can look to tweaking things more significantly in v2.0 (when I get time for it!).

Buildings produce more resources then raiding does, you should be securing the buildings early.
