These implements are missing in the Character Creator.  :)

Daggers and Totems from PHB2
Tomes from Arcane Power

Edit:  Duh!  Just realized I could add them myself by editting the Implement.txt file.   :D

Yep, you can add them yourself, but it's not a lot of trouble for me to build them into the program. Definitely will be in for the next release.
